Weekly in Studio Class Schedule

Join me at The Koa Yoga Studio for group yoga classes.

Slow Flow and Restore, Mondays, 9 am at The Koa Yoga Studio.   Together we will build strength with slow mindful movement in and out of asanas, before working our way onto the mat for some relaxing restorative poses. A great way to start the week feeling refreshed and restored. This class is appropriate for yogis of all levels.

Slow Strong Sundays, 5 pm Sundays at The Koa Yoga Studio End your weekend with a beautiful slow-flow class with lots of options that allow for each yogi to take as gently or as challenging as they like. Each week we will explore a series of postures to help reset the body and mind. Leaving us feeling strong and grounded. This class is appropriate for all levels.
